- Assist with creating, editing, and publishing engaging content (text, images, video) for use on institutional social media channels and websites.
- Schedule and post content across platforms in accordance with an established content calendar and campaign objectives.
- Support the organization and archiving of digital assets for future use in campaigns.

- Monitor social media channels and digital communities, responding to comments, inquiries, and messages in a timely, professional manner.
- Participate in interactive campaigns to encourage audience engagement and grow positive sentiment about COMPANY.
- Support execution of digital and social media campaigns, collaborating with managers and the communications team to promote key events, news, and brand messages.
- Track and analyze performance data (reach, engagement, audience growth), helping prepare reports to inform future strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, tools, and best practices for audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist with updating website content and monitoring accuracy and freshness of digital material.
- Use standard digital platform tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Canva) under guidance to support department goals.
- Collaborate with staff and student contributors to gather new content, ideas, and feedback for campaigns.
- Apply COMPANY brand and style guidelines in all digital and social media content and communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with institutional policies regarding digital communications.
- Participate in meetings with the marketing and communications team to brainstorm, plan, and review initiatives.
- Liaise with students, faculty, and external partners to support collaborative digital projects and campaigns.
