Full time/Part time/Freelance/Remote | On-going
- Conceptualize visuals
- Create inspiring designs for social media, websites, brochures and brand
- Prepare rough drafts of designs and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other digital assets
- Work with the Head of Brand and the Content Team to produce high quality branded designs
- Test graphics across various digital media (A/B, usability)
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- A strong portfolio of executed projects or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, HTML
5) - A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in design, Fine Arts or related field and Arabic is a plus
1-4 years experience
Educational Qualifications Technical KnowledgePhotoshop, Illustrator and other design packages
Knowledge of Project management skills to manage workload, an advantage
Understanding of web design
Fast to learn new online systems
Other Requirements- Demonstrated experience in creating digital campaigns.
- Weekly reporting on performance.
- PowerPoint and Excel Skills
- Ability to interpret reports from online platforms such as Google, Facebook and Adobe, an advantage
- Determination
- Ability to inspire others
- Ability to encourage others to meet deadlines
- Highly organised with great time-management skills
- Ability to prioritise, create, manage, implement and deliver project needs
- Ability to understand business needs
- Strong relationship management skills
