A leading construction and interiors firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Estimation Lead to oversee the estimation process for high-end interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in cost estimation within the UAE/GCC, with strong expertise in bespoke joinery and custom-made furniture. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and proficiency in estimation software, as well as the ability to work closely with project managers and suppliers.
