This role demands at least 7 years in cost estimation within the UAE/GCC, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with bespoke joinery and complex MEP services. The successful candidate will ensure accurate cost estimates, manage a team of estimators, and interact with project managers and suppliers to achieve the best value on projects.
