Construction Site Planner

Rotationof 60 days on site and 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid)

• Site Planner ensures
  
  Construction planning by controlling deviations and prepares the reports.

• Develop the Construction Schedule within the period established in the Project Schedule.
• Prepare the standard man-hour estimates based on thedesign quantities and the established WBS.
• Feed Schedule with estimated standard Manhours toobtain the Progress Curves and Manpower Histograms.
• Ensure that the schedules developed by the Subcontractors, as per their contractual obligations, are in alignment with the Level 4 Construction Schedule.
• Perform schedule control at the cut-off dates and provide a forecast on completion dates especially if any adverse trendsoccur so that the recovery plan can be effectively enforced.
• Assess physical progress at the cut-off dates,taking note of any evidence of deviations from the baseline andsuggesting the remedial actions, if any.
• Perform manpower control by collecting time sheetsfrom the Subcontractors and compare the actual manpower against the planned, as per the baseline.
• Prepare the weekly/monthly Progress Report relatedto the Site activities in accordance with the Project Procedures.

University degree or diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.

Significant experience in the industrial construction of large or xl gas plants.

Covered a similar role in at least 2-3 projects ofcomparable size.

A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Primavera P6

Demonstrated leadership,self-motivation, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Strong focuson timely performance, problem solving, and results delivery.
