• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Assist in BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
• Track site material usage and support cost control initiatives.
• Verify site measurements with engineers and contractors.
• Assist in preparing LPOs as required.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations and prepare comparisons.
• Support subcontractor payment applications and variation submissions.
• Maintain subcontractor payment and variation logs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on quantities, rates, and documentation.

• Assist in interim valuations and progress claims.
• Support preparation and tracking of variation orders.
• Maintain accurate records of site instructions, changes, and claims.
• Escalate potential cost risks or variations to the Senior QS.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.
• Maintain organized commercial records.
• Work collaboratively with project teams and subcontractors.
• Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

  Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in quantity surveying (construction or real estate preferred).
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of pre- and post-contract QS practices.
• Understanding of measurement standards (POMI, NRM).
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Good communication skills and high level of integrity.
