A leading construction firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead quantity surveying activities on various construction projects. Responsibilities include supervising a team, managing cost estimations and contracts, and offering strategic cost advice to ensure projects adhere to budget and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, particularly in the GCC, and possess strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in relevant software like CostX is also required.
