Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Conduct routine site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Support risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statements.
- Monitor and enforce the use of PPE and safe work practices on site.
- Report, investigate, and assist in closing out incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.
- Support emergency preparedness, drills, and toolbox talks.
- Coordinate with site supervisors to address safety concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company standards.
- Promote a positive safety culture among employees and contractors.
