Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily construction activities for breakwaters, quay wall rock works, and beach profiling.
* Lead and coordinate manpower, equipment, and marine plant on site.
* Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
* Monitor quality, levels, alignment, and productivity of marine works.
* Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and equipment operators.
* Enforce HSE and marine safety regulations at all times.## Requirements
* Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in marine civil projects (breakwater construction, quay wall, beach profiling, etc.).
* Strong knowledge and experience with budget management, contractual, QHSE process.## Benefits
