We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator specialized in Interior Fit Out projects to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of construction and interior fit‑out processes, coupled with excellent analytical and mathematical skills. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for evaluating and preparing accurate costs, budgets, and forecasts for interior construction projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation, cost control, and efficiency.

• Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit‑out projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather essential project information and specifications.
• Evaluate and compare proposals from various vendors and subcontractors for pricing accuracy and terms.
• Prepare and present detailed project cost reports to stakeholders and project managers.
• Monitor cost‑to‑complete reports to ensure projected budgets are successfully adhered to.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand project intricacies and potential challenges.
• Adjust and revise estimates in response to unforeseen project modifications and changes.
• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
• Utilize estimating software and tools to refine accuracy and efficiency in the proposal process.
• Work closely with procurement teams to determine material costs and negotiate pricing.
• Identify potential risk factors impacting project budgets and provide mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all estimation activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience as an Estimator in the interior fit‑out industry.
• Proficiency in estimating software and cost management tools critical to the role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for precise cost calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and negotiation.
