* Undertaking cost management services with limited supervision.
* Representing the company professionally with clients.## Requirements
* BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent.
* Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
* Previous pre-contract experience within a global consultancy firm.
* Experience on large developments (hospitality, leisure, residential, etc.).
* Middle East experience essential.
