Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that all work is completed according to the project schedule and quality standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations, reporting any issues to the project manager promptly.

Prepare and review engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring that all materials and кой workmanship meet the required standards and project specifications.

Assist in the training and development of junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
