Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor specialized in Civil projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost control, and managing budgets effectively.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, and schedules
- Monitor project progress and financial performance
- Conduct on-site visits and assessments to ensure cost accuracy
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for cost-effective deals
- Provide expertise on contractual matters and dispute resolution
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success processes
- UAE/MOFA attested scrapy degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Civil projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and budget management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Certification or membership in professional organizations is a plus
