In your role as a Section Manager with ALEC Building, you’ll be at the heart of delivering iconic structures. Our team shapes landmark projects from foundation to finish – providing the space and support for you to take ownership, lead boldly, and build excellence into every detail.

You’ll play a key role planning, coordinating, managing construction activities and helping to shape the operational foundations from day one. This is a fast‑paced, high‑stakes build with a condensed timeline. Ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys making an immediate impact.

• Manage construction team and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project execution.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders for method statements and work notifications.
• Conduct site inspections and meetings, addressing progress issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Report project progress regularly and support team development through leadership and training.

• B Eng, BTEC, ND in Civil Construction
• More than 10 years of experience in construction
• Civil Engineer strongly recommended
• Understanding of building construction technology
