Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site position based in Abu Dhabi. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior design and fit‑out projects, analyzing project specifications, reviewing blueprints and technical documents, and collaborating with project teams to evaluate material requirements and labor costs. The role involves working closely with vendors for pricing, preparing detailed reports, and contributing to effective project planning and budgeting.

• Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and budget preparation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for pricing and proposal development
• Experience in vendor management, costing, and negotiating material costs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines
• Knowledge of interior design and fit‑out processes
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Relevant experience in estimating within the fit‑out or construction industry
