Interior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual with 8 years of UAE site experience in high rise building construction, residential/luxury villas or hotels. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction detailing and specification development, as well as extensive knowledge of construction management.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to final completion. Your expertise in construction detailing and specification development will be crucial in ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards and meet all necessary regulations and requirements.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as you will be working closely with a team of architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, and have a strong portfolio showcasing their previous work in high rise building construction, residential/luxury villas, or hotels. Experience working with prestigious clients and delivering projects on time and within budget is also highly desirable.
