Civil Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and labor teams to maintain project timelines and quality control.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on project progress and challenges.
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to guide construction processes.
• Manage marble installation works: flooring, cladding, staircases, counters, wall panels, etc.
• Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure quality execution. Review drawings,
• coordinate with consultants, and handle site inspections. Ensure materials meet project standards and monitor cutting lists & fabrication. Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation (IR, MAR, NCR, etc.). Enforce health & safety standards on site.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–8 years experience in construction, especially marble/flooring/cladding.
• Strong technical knowledge of marble installation methods.
• Ability to read drawings and manage subcontractors. Good communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is a plus
