We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team with experience in managing large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities.
- Monitor project progress and manage payment application submissions and certificates.
- Manage variations submissions and discussions to contracts.
- Provide advice on contractual claims from the Subcontractors.
- Preparation of contractual letters received from the Client and Subcontractors.
- Preparation of Monthly reports to monitor the cost of the Project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in Construction Sector.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of current construction practices and standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
