Construction Civil Superintendent

Rotation of 60 days on site and 10 days off (paid) & 2 daystraveling (paid)

Construction Civil Superintendent (CVP) is responsible for thecoordinating civil and building construction activities through the Civil Supervisor (CVS) and related assistants.

• Management of Civil Subcontractor(s):
  Ensure that performances are carefullymonitored in terms of schedule, quality and cost;
• Coordinate all necessary recovery actions whenever deviations from schedule orspecifications are detected, under the guidance of Construction manager.
• Ensurethe implementation of all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures and standards for the areas or activities (subcontractors) of responsibilities;
• Participate in site HSE activities as defined for this position in the Site HSE planand related procedures.

• University Degree or Diploma in Civil discipline or equivalent

Significant experience in theindustrial construction of large or xl gas plants.

Covered a similar role in at least 2-3projects of comparable size.

A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.

Experience working on the Contractorside.

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail, management skills.

Team-oriented skills, self-motivation,and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
