About this role

The Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) group manages the strategic technology partnerships with Black Rock Solutions clients globally. ACE serves as the senior, trusted interface between clients and the Aladdin business, with accountability for value delivery, platform adoption, and long term commercial outcomes.

This role represents a senior, client facing leadership position covering Tier1 Middle East institutions, including large asset owners and institutional investors. The successful candidate will operate at a senior level, shaping strategic dialogue, influencing operating models, and ensuring Aladdin, eFront and WPS are embedded as mission critical platforms across clients’ Public and Private Markets investment life cycles.

Role Scope & Accountability

As part of one of Black Rock’s fastest growing businesses, you will combine deep investment lifecycle expertise with strong commercial judgment and executive presence. You will own the front to back client relationship, balancing strategic advisory, delivery ownership, and commercial growth across a complex stakeholder landscape. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director of ACE in Middle East.

In this capacity, you will act as the senior owner of the client relationship, with full accountability for value delivery, platform adoption, and long term commercial outcomes across Public and Private Markets.

You will engage directly with senior stakeholders at Tier 1 Middle East institutions, shaping strategic discussions, influencing operating models, and ensuring Aladdin, eFront and WPS are embedded as core components of the client’s investment and operating infrastructure. The role requires strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to balance strategic advisory with hands on ownership of delivery, escalation management, and internal coordination across product, engineering, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Commercial Ownership

  • Own senior client relationships across Tier 1 Middle East institutions, acting as the primary point of accountability for value realization and relationship health
  • Drive platform adoption and commercial outcomes across Aladdin, eFront and WPS, contributing directly to account growth, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • Partner with senior client stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes that strengthen long term partnership

Value Delivery & Platform Adoption

  • Ensure high quality front to back value delivery across Public and Private Markets, covering investments, risk, operations, technology, and data
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients across the whole portfolio, solving complex analytical and operating challenges
  • Drive engagement campaigns and end user adoption initiatives to deepen platform penetration within client organizations

Internal Leadership & Orchestration

  • Build strong internal relationships across Aladdin and eFront product, engineering, transformation and support teams to deliver coordinated client outcomes
  • Influence platform evolution by channeling client needs and market insights into the product roadmap
  • Lead escalation management and ensure delivery standards are consistently met across complex, multi stakeholder environments

Market & Growth Contribution

  • Support regional go to market initiatives and contribute to the growth of Black Rock Solutions across the Middle East
  • Represent the Aladdin platform credibly with sophisticated institutional clients, reinforcing Black Rock’s differentiated value proposition
