Position: Business Development Manager (Husband Visa)

We are seeking candidates who are based in Kerala and are fluent in Malayalam.

Only candidates with a Husband Visa are eligible to apply for this position.

Job Role s and Responsibilities
  • Business Development Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and new markets to expand the company’s growth.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion Generate leads through various channels such as Linked In, email marketing, networking, and digital platforms, and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Market Research Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market presence.
  • Product/Service Promotion Promote the company’s products or services to potential clients through presentations, meetings, and digital communication.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting Monitor sales performance, maintain reports, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with clients to close business deals successfully.
  • Achieving Targets Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and growth targets set by the organization.
