Job SummaryThe Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that ensure the timely, cost‑effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services. This role leads supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, and procurement operations while maintaining alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and quality standards. KeyAccountabilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, from sourcing to contract award and supplier performance management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers and contractors
- Lead contract negotiations to achieve optimal cost, quality, delivery, and risk outcomes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks to support informed decision‑making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand demand and technical requirements
- Manage supplier performance, including KPIs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Control procurement budgets and identify cost‑saving and value‑creation opportunities
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or commercial disputes
- Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and management dashboards
- Lead, mentor, and develop procurement team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent)
- SAP experience is highly preferred
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or PMP
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, EPC, or regulated industries
- Knowledge of international sourcing and trade regulations, preferable controlled and DG materials.
