As a Senior Associate in the Strategy & PMO team, you will play a central role in evaluating and shaping new venture opportunities from the ground up. You will assess the commercial potential of emerging technologies through rigorous market, customer, and competitive analysis, and translate insights into clear, investment- grade recommendations. Working across venture blueprints, business models, and go‑to‑market strategies, you will help turn innovative concepts into scalable businesses while supporting Venture One’s broader strategic priorities.

This role offers significant ownership, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to operate at the forefront of venture creation.

• Commercial Assessment & Due Diligence
  • Lead structured due‑diligence assessments of emerging technologies and innovation opportunities
  • Conduct market sizing, customer segmentation, and competitive landscape analysis
  • Evaluate business model viability and commercial scalability
  • Develop investment‑grade opportunity assessments
• Venture Concept Development
  • Translate technologies into compelling venture theses
  • Build detailed venture blueprints across market, product, customer, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategy
  • Identify early adopter segments and partnership pathways
  • Develop financial models and strategic roadmaps
• Strategic Initiatives
  • Support definition and execution of Venture One’s broader strategic priorities
  • Contribute to internal strategy development and portfolio shaping
  • Prepare high‑quality materials for senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Drive work streams independently in cross‑functional environments

• ~2 years of experience in a top‑tier consulting firm
• Strong exposure to commercial due diligence (PE or corporate transactions)
• Exceptional analytical and structuring skills
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Exposure to deep tech, emerging technologies, or innovation‑driven sectors
