The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will play a strategic role in driving revenue, strengthening client relationships, and representing the property with professionalism, insight, and care. You will lead business development efforts across assigned segments, proactively identify new opportunities, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored and impactful solutions for clients. Your performance directly contributes to the hotel’s commercial success and to delivering Hyatt’s promise of world‑class hospitality.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role within hospitality.
  • Strong track record in managing accounts, achieving targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Relationship-focused, with a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify business opportunities and build action plans.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively with Operations, Revenue, and Marketing teams.
