We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development / Account Manager to drive growth within our IT Staffing and Recruitment agency division. This role is ideal for professionals from IT staffing, recruitment consultancy, or IT sales backgrounds who are passionate about transitioning into or expanding their career in Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the IT staffing and recruitment sector.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Develop strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers across organizations.
  • Handle end-to-end business development cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of IT talent solutions.
  • Oversee account management activities including client engagement, service delivery monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, client meetings, and industry forums.
  • Provide strategic insights into market trends, hiring demands, and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1+ years of experience in IT staffing, recruitment, or IT sales.
  • Candidates from a recruitment background with client handling experience are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, account management, and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle and UAE hiring market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple client accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field preferred.
