Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across government, public sector, and private sector clients.
• Monitor UAE government and semi-government procurement portals for tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and EOIs.
• Support end-to-end proposal development, including EOIs, technical proposals, commercial submissions, and client presentations.
• Conduct market research, lead identification, and opportunity tracking through networking, events, digital platforms, and market intelligence tools.
• Prepare high-quality client presentations, pitch decks, and capability statements.
• Maintain opportunity pipelines, CRM updates, and BD performance reporting.
• Support senior leadership in client meetings, stakeholder engagement, and business development initiatives.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in business development, consulting, advisory services, proposal management, or government contracting.
• Prior experience in consulting or professional services firms is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of UAE government procurement and tendering processes
• Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, research, and market intelligence capabilitiesi>
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilities

• Fluent Arabic and English – Mandatory
• Candidates preferably based in Abu Dhabi.
