Overview
The purpose of this role is to manage, review, and oversee contractual agreements with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements. The role is responsible for supporting the company’s operational and commercial objectives by minimizing contractual risk, ensuring accurate drafting and negotiation, maintaining a centralized contract repository, and overseeing the timely execution, renewal, and ongoing monitoring of all agreements.
Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, addendums, and SLAs with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure all contracts are aligned with legal, regulatory, and company policy requirements.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and business teams to gather inputs and finalize contractual terms.
- Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure proper documentation and version control.
- Track contract milestones, renewals, expiries, and compliance obligations.
- Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
- Support internal audits related to contract management.
- Handle daily administrative tasks: filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments for operational needs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by management.
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and regulatory requirements in payment services or fintech.
- Knowledge of compliance standards, procurement processes, and risk management principles.
- Familiarity with SLAs, vendor agreements, and client contracts typical in the payments industry.
- Excellent contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills for tracking multiple contracts and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in contract management systems and MS Office tools.
- 5–8 years of experience in contract management, legal, procurement, or commercial roles.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English to support effective contract governance and smooth organizational operations.
- Experience in the payment industry
