Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to meet business growth targets. The Business Development Manager will also represent MSH MENA in client meetings, industry events, and conferences to promote the company’s service offerings and expand its market presence.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in business development, sales strategies, and conducting market analysis
  • Proficient in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and fostering new partnerships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the healthcare insurance sector or international health solutions is highly desirable
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools
  • Proven ability to meet business growth targets and work effectively under minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field; an advanced degree is a plus
  • Knowledge of the MENA region market and its dynamics is an asset
