🌟 We’re Hiring | Senior Contracts Officer – Abu Dhabi (Immediate Joiner)

We are seeking a Senior Contracts Officer to lead procurement and contracting activities across Corporate, and IT categories
, ensuring compliance with policies, managing tenders, evaluating commercial proposals, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, mitigate risks, and drive efficient contract execution.

• Review Purchase Requisition s and ensure completeness and compliance with guidelines.
• Assess scope of work, identify gaps/risks, and propose improvements.
• Develop sourcing strategies using market research, category plans, and commercial analysis.
• Draft, issue, and manage tenders and contracts, coordinating with Legal and stakeholders.
• Conduct commercial evaluations, lead negotiations, and recommend awards.
• Finalize contracts, manage approvals, and track contract execution.
• Provide updates to management on tender and contract status.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and elevate issues as needed.

• Experience in procurement, contracts, or commercial management, preferably in Corporate, Facilities Management (FM), or IT categories.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, tender processes, and contract management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with corporate policies and standards
• Bachelor Degree and CIPS or relevant certifications.
