Strategy Planning Specialist

Develop and maintain Teslam annual business plan in line with Enterprise objectives, ensure linking Teslam strategy of the overall organizational goals, objectives and actions to achieve vision. Ensure Teslam strategic and operating projects alignment with Corporate and department strategy, vision and mission. Establish performance reporting & analytics framework which supports to teslam Operations and Commercial sections to deliver outstanding customer-centric services to Enterprise employees.

Design and develop analytics statistics and trends on teslam overall and in-depth performance in service delivery which will support management to take business decisions and will ensure effective assets and resources usage, efficient budget expenditure and the best quality of services for the money invested by the organization.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Prepare and maintain the annual overarching TESLAM strategy and annual business plan, and develop issue/ topic/ situation specific strategies, as required.
• Design & develop teslam project management framework, monitor teslam’s projects & initiative delivery, maintain strategic & operating projects progress/deliverables reports including analytic components for further business decision making by management.
• Develop the annual business plan and define the budget requirements for each planned strategic & operational project and business as usual process.
• Incorporate teslam business plan into enterprise business planning system and conduct periodic review and reporting of performance indicators and deliverables, as well as planned budget utilization.
• Develop, monitor and report on Divisional Monthly performance strategic, operational and shared objectives and ensure its alignment with Department Performance Contract.
• Develop and maintain monthly budget utilization planned versus actual. Proactively develop necessary actions (business plan change request, budget transfer request) to ensure budget availability for business as usual and emerging projects and initiatives to reflect organizational need for teslam continuous service delivery. Coordinate with PMO & SPME departments and implement all internal process as per procedures. Report to Head of Strategic Planning and teslam management on any risks identified through assessment and during business case formation.
• Ensure all teslam projects have defined possible risks, register risks in ARM, monitor risk owner’s actions progress and develop mitigation plan to minimize or mitigate the risks. Prepare and submit risk reports to teslam management, coordinate with Enterprise Risk Management department and initiate all strategically important challenges and risks required ERM support.
• Develop scope of work for strategic projects and initiatives, define the deliverables and outcomes, ensure sourcing of qualified vendors through the tender process for all teslam strategic projects consultancy support. Lead tender review technical submissions and provide recommendations and swot analyses on vendors proposals and comparison sheets with assessment report.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Develop teslam performance reports, analyze, visualize, and present to teslam management KPI performance, trends and impacts on teslam service delivery, budget or business plan for management review, further actions and business decision.
• Participate in management review sessions to assess and monitor TESLAM performance, tactical plans and initiate actions for improvements.
• Develop and submit TESLAM budget utilization report on a monthly basis in alignment with the approved budget and budget dashboard. Provide recommendation on budget issues rectification.
• Assess current and future outsourcing contracts, ensuring their alignment with the enterprise facilities strategy and provide analytic report on teslam’s contracts actual utilization and alignment with contract scope.
