Product Manager

Job Summary

In this role, you’ll play a central part in turning bold ideas into high-performing real estate products that align with MERED’s vision and evolving market needs.

• Generate and develop product concepts based on functionality, market trends, and client needs.
• Monitor the Dubai and Abu Dhabi residential and commercial real estate market.
• Research customer behavior and translate insights into actionable product features.
• Define clear technical and aesthetic requirements.
• Plan and manage the entire product development process from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
• Ensuring that design and construction comply with the approved product concept and quality standards by reviewing and providing recommendations.
• Support marketing and sales with accurate and consistent product information.
• Maintain internal product standards and organize structured data for future projects.

• You’re strategic, creative, and detail-oriented. You understand how to turn research into results, and you’re comfortable leading ideas from inception through execution.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or Architecture.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry - either in sales, marketing, or analytics - focused on residential and/or commercial properties in the business, premium, or luxury segments.
• You’ve spent a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• You have strong skills in graphic editing software, as well as tools like MS Project and Excel, which you use to conduct research, create sketches, and develop informed recommendations.
