Business Development Manager

Lead business development, tendering, and commercial activities to secure projects in inspection, lifting, NDT, crane services, training, and energy sectors. Strengthen TRE Energies’ market position across major operators (ADNOC, Aramco) and EPCs.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue opportunities across upstream/midstream/downstream.
- Manage full tendering cycle: bid strategy, pricing, proposals, submissions.
- Develop commercial terms, contracts, and pricing models.
- Build strong client relationships and represent TRE Energies at industry events.
- Lead BD & sales teams to achieve growth targets.
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, inspection, NDT, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering/Business; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years’ experience, with 5+ years in BD with TPI/lifting/NDT/crane/training companies.
- Strong tendering and contract negotiation skills.
- Experience with ADNOC/Aramco/EPCs/TPIs
- Excellent communication and proposal-writing abilities.
- Willing to travel as needed.
