Consultant / Senior Consultant

We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Consultant / Senior Consultant to be based in Abu Dhabi, supporting strategic and operational consulting engagements. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in operating models, business/strategy development, KPI frameworks, and customer journey design, and will work closely with clients to deliver high‑impact solutions.

• Support the development and implementation of business and corporate strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Design and assess operating models, including organizational structures, governance, and processes.
• Develop KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and measurement methodologies.
• Map, analyze, and improve customer journeys to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, and strategic documents for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and client meetings as required.

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or a related field (candidates with slightly less experience may also be considered).

• Business or corporate strategy
• KPI development and performance management
• Customer journey mapping and service design
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Experience working with government, semi‑government, or large corporate entities is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
