Head of GTx Client Solutions - Wholesale, SWF & FS
The Head of GTx Client Solutions - Wholesale; SWF & FS and PCG is a key leadership position at FAB, responsible for spearheading the digital evolution of GTx solutions. The successful candidate will lead a transformative initiative, collaborating with diverse teams to commercialize cutting‑edge solutions and enhance customer experiences. This role demands a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a customer‑centric approach to drive FAB's GTx business forward.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive go‑to‑market strategy for GTx solutions, positioning FAB as a market leader.
- Collaborate with Product leads to enhance digital capabilities, ensuring a seamless customer journey across segments.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Manage and expand the GTx portfolio, focusing on superior service quality and client satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor a high‑performing team, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and work closely with Product Innovation to enhance products and meet evolving customer needs.
- Deliver Cash and Trade products through targeted marketing campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
- Foster collaboration between Coverage teams and GTx Client Solutions to create cross‑segment value and enhance client experiences.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain FAB's competitive advantage in the market.
- Extensive experience as a Managing Director or similar leadership role, preferably in Treasury, Trade, or Tokenization solutions.
- Proven track record in driving digital transformation initiatives and achieving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor a high‑performing team.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, with a track record of successful cross‑functional partnerships.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and a strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities.
- Experience in managing and growing a diverse client portfolio, with a focus on service excellence.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor performance, market trends, and drivers.
- Familiarity with GTx solutions and the latest digital capabilities in the industry.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Relevant industry certifications or qualifications are highly desirable.
