Sales Operations Officer

Full-time

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Sales Operations Officer for one of the leading real estate developers in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical in supporting and controlling the full sales lifecycle of residential and/or mixed-use developments, ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Brokers, Legal, Finance, and CRM functions.

Only candidates with direct experience in the real estate development industry will be considered. Profiles from other industries will not be shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and validate EOIs, bookings, and reservations
  • Issue, track, and follow up on Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs)
  • Coordinate SPA signing, amendments, cancellations, and re-issuance
  • Maintain accurate unit availability, pricing, and inventory status
  • Ensure booking data accuracy across CRM and ERP systems
  • Support broker registration, onboarding, and documentation
  • Validate broker deals, commissions, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate broker lead registration and allocation (where applicable)
  • Act as a liaison between the internal Sales team and the brokerage network
CRM & Data Management
  • Maintain clean, updated, and auditable records within CRM systems
  • Generate sales trackers, reports, and performance dashboards
  • Monitor deal pipelines, aging bookings, and pending SPAs
  • Support CRM data integrity and user compliance
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Collections, and Customer Service teams
  • Coordinate approvals related to pricing, payment plans, discounts, and exceptions
  • Support launch, pre‑launch, and post‑launch sales operations activities
Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations
  • Maintain complete documentation for audits and regulatory requirements
  • Adhere strictly to internal SOPs, approval matrices, and authority levels
Key Requirements

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Real Estate Administration within a real estate developer or brokerage
  • Strong experience in off‑plan and/or ready property sales

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of EOI, SPA, booking, and post‑sale processes
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage; Oracle or similar acceptable)
  • Advanced Excel skills (trackers, reporting, reconciliation)
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate regulatory frameworks is a strong advantage

Language Skills

  • English is mandatory
