Business Lead

Overview

Job details for a Business Lead role with experience in Agile projects and corporate banking channels.

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a Business Lead role that includes Agile projects.
• Good understanding about Mobile apps, mobile operating systems and digital banking / finance apps in the market.
• Good understanding about digital developments and customer expectations from digital banking products and services specifically from a corporate banking perspective.
• Must have experience in documenting user journeys and user stories.
• Must have experience in delivering corporate banking channels using Agile development methodology.
• Good knowledge of Global Transaction Banking domain and understanding of how Corporate Channels work.
• Must have experience delivering Corporate Channels projects.
• Proficiency with related Project tools including but not limited to JIRA, MS Excel, MPP, MS Visio, HP-QC etc.
• Project Management Professional (PMP)/AGILE certification is a plus.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of Transaction Banking products and channels.
• For Business Lead, must have proven track record of leading successful implementation of corporate mobile banking applications.
• Should have knowledge on the core systems in the banking landscape and should be able to go deep in the analysis.
• Should have understanding on the customer experience design and user experience principles, including a technical understanding of banking services and solutions.
• Should have Extensive Client/Business facing experience to work with Sales & Product Managers and convert Business cases into Business requirements.
