Diagnostic Technician

• Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics using computerized diagnostic tools and systems.
• Identify electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults accurately and efficiently.
• Support technicians with complex troubleshooting and repair guidance.
• Ensure repair quality meets manufacturer standards and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate job records, diagnostic reports, and repair documentation.
• Prioritize tasks effectively without compromising quality and turnaround time.
• Follow workshop processes, health & safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a qualified / experienced automotive technician or diagnostic technician.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Automotive Technology or related field.
• Relevant technical certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, and repair procedures.
• Computer literate with experience using computerized diagnostic systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Valid driving license is required.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work effectively while maintaining quality.
