Overview

My client is a global advertising and marketing agency with headquarters in New York City, and 432 offices in 96 countries. Operating branded independent business units in many communications disciplines including: advertising, direct marketing, public relations, public affairs, brand development, customer relationship management, sales promotion, interactive marketing. My client works with some of the largest Multinational companies including:
Procter & Gamble, Glaxo Smith Kline , Nokia, British American Tobacco, Volkswagen, Novartis, Canon and 3M.

Responsibilities
  • Communicating efficiently and professionally with all walk in clients
  • Answer all incoming calls promptly, professionally and courteously
  • Manage incoming mail and correspondence
  • Develop and maintain an efficient filing system
  • Assist other departments with administration and document control
  • Plan and prepare for meetings and conferences
Qualifications

Successful candidates shall have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a front of house role. You must be proficient in office administration and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Customer focus is the priority in this role and therefore you should be welcoming, friendly and helpful, leaving a strong lasting impression. You should have attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and show discretion with confidential information.
