MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support, coordinate and supervise company employees as they inbound and outbound from company accommodation.
  • Ensure all access cards, keys and linens etc. are properly dispatched and recorded.
  • Request and suggest improvements to housing facilities.
  • Report all activities and issues related to the housing and wellbeing of employees residing in company accommodation.
  • Ensure that any employees with suspected contagious illnesses are isolated from other employees in the workers village and coordinate with the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) section for appropriate next steps.
  • Submit regular reports on the status of AL TAIF housing and other life support facilities.
  • Monitor and oversee the overall cleanliness of AL TAIF housing and other life support facilities.
  • Be the main point of contact for employees who require car park access and access cards.
  • Be the main point of contact for all employees with housing concerns.
  • Check and review rental accommodation invoices.
  • Monitor and coordinate meals and parcels on a daily basis.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company documents.
  • Support other members of the General Service’s section in fulfilling their roles.
  • Perform other duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • A high school diploma is required;
    Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in construction or the hospitality industry is required; with an international company is preferred.
  • The ability to work independently is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office is required.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally is required.
  • Have, or be able to obtain a valid UAE driver’s license.
