Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated UAE National to join our team as a Receptionist
. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment while providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Manage the front desk, maintaining a neat and organized reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Assist with correspondence, reports, and general office tasks as required.
- Coordinate with different departments to support smooth office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:
- UAE National.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
