Supporting high-impact initiatives across patient experience, executive services, support services, CSR, and strategic projects. You’ll serve as the central point of coordination, ensuring seamless execution, timely follow-ups, and professional communication across multiple stakeholders. • Executive Support & Coordination
• Provide high-level administrative support to the CPEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely execution.
• Project & Stakeholder Coordination
• Support the execution of strategic projects, including CSR initiatives, VIP and international patient services, and special assignments from the CEO’s office and Pure Health Corporate.
• Coordinate with internal departments, corporate headquarters, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of communication and alignment on priorities.
• Assist in preparing status updates, project summaries, and presentations for executive reviews.
• Data & Presentation Management
• Compile data, prepare visually appealing and impactful PowerPoint presentations, and create reports to support key meetings and decision-making.
• Assist in the design and creative development of communication materials, dashboards, and project proposals.

• Communication & Relationship Management
  • Act as a point of contact for the CPEO office, ensuring professional and timely responses to internal and external queries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Foster positive relationships with leadership teams, staff, and stakeholders.
• Administrative & Operational Excellence
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, documentation, and records related to projects, patient experience programs, and executive services.
  • Support logistics for events, recognition programs, and other high-profile activities within the Patient Experience and Support Services division.
  • Monitor deadlines, ensuring the CPEO is briefed and prepared for all engagements.

Bachelor’s degree

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or any relevant field

with 3 years of additional experience

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare facility

• Experience working with VIP/Exec within the GCC region
