About Your TeamReporting to the Project Manager / Contract Stores Manager, you will be responsible for managing site documentation, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring accurate record keeping to support day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities Documentation & Records Management- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Track drawings, transmittals, and technical documents
- Maintain material submittal and approval logs
- Monitor manpower attendance and timesheets
- Coordinate onboarding documentation for new site staff
- Assist with leave tracking and site HR documentation
- Support compliance documentation and audits
- Track material deliveries and gate passes
- Maintain LPO and invoice logs
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams
- Support site inventory and asset tracking
Experience
: 5+ years in a similar administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment
Knowledge
:
Site documentation management, reporting, workforce admin, logistics, and internal communication
Expertise
:
Microsoft Office Suite, task tracking systems, basic data reporting, and organizational best practices
- Qualification in administration or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
- Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
- High attention to detail and discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to coordinate across departments and handle fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in software and systems used for reporting and communication
