Position: Personal Assistant to CEO - UK/US )

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO in executive coordination, daily operations, and high-level administrative functions.

This role requires exceptional professionalism, strong business acumen, and the ability to handle confidential matters with integrity in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Preference will be given to British or US nationals.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

Executive Support
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and briefing materials
  • Handle confidential communications and correspondence
  • Screen and prioritize communications on behalf of the Executive Office
Operational & Strategic Coordination
  • Liaise with internal departments to align with leadership priorities
  • Prepare executive summaries and project updates
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, and track action points
  • Support strategic initiatives and special leadership projects
Travel & Event Management
  • Organize domestic and international travel, visas, and logistics
  • Coordinate executive participation in corporate events and meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and executive documentation
  • Communicate professionally with senior stakeholders and external partners
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s business environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • UK/US nationals only
