Job Description

A forward‑thinking company is seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all visitors, setting the tone for our professional culture and environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask, handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. They should be comfortable interacting with a diverse group of people, projecting a positive and professional image at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate staff or departments promptly.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area to enhance our company image.
  • Manage the calendar and coordinate appointments for several meeting rooms.
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and other clerical duties as assigned.
  • Update and track visitor logs and maintain security protocols in the office.
  • Book and manage transportation and accommodation arrangements as needed.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in‑person and via phone/email.
  • Support office operations by ordering supplies and managing inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless office management and operations.
  • Participate in various administrative projects to support department goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common office equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities are essential.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with the highest confidentiality standards.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
