Apt Resources is currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a VIP family in Abu Dhabi. In this unique and rewarding position, you will play a key role in managing the family's day-to-day activities, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of service and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage various tasks and responsibilities. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a prominent family, providing both administrative and personal support.
Responsibilities- Manage the family's calendar, including scheduling appointments, events, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate household staff and communicate daily schedules and tasks.
- Assist with personal shopping, errands, and general household management.
- Plan and organize events, gatherings, and special occasions as needed.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the family.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Oversee the maintenance of the household and ensure that all services are performed to a high standard.
- Provide support with travel logistics, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Be flexible and available for after-hours requests and needs.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar support role, preferably for high-net-worth individuals or VIP families.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology and various communication platforms.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours and travel when necessary.
- Experience in event planning or coordinating logistics is a plus.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude and a willingness to help.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in office administration or personal assistance preferred.
- Must be available to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Salary: 30,000 All In
