Exciting Opportunity: HR & Admin Receptionist – Corporate Office

Join Ali & Sons at our Corporate Office in Abu Dhabi and become the welcoming face of our HR & Admin Department.

If you are professional, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, this role offers the opportunity to support a dynamic HR team while ensuring smooth front-desk and administrative operations.

Role Purpose

To serve as the first point of contact for employees, candidates, and visitors, while managing front desk operations and providing efficient administrative support to the HR team. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude to maintain a positive and organized reception environment.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk Management
  • Greet and assist employees, candidates, and visitors with professionalism.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate HR personnel.
  • Maintain visitor records and enforce security protocols in line with company policies.
Administrative Support – HR Department
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Prepare and distribute mail; manage incoming and outgoing correspondence records.
  • Maintain records for movement of passports, Emirates IDs, traffic department documents, and related items.
  • Coordinate with the PRO team for reimbursement of medical, visa, and related expenses.
  • Facilitate face panel setups in coordination with IT or Talent Acquisition teams.
Office Stationery & Supplies Management
  • Monitor and maintain stationery and office supply inventory.
  • Coordinate ordering and restocking to ensure availability.
  • Liaise with vendors for efficient supply management.
Office Cleanliness & Maintenance Coordination
  • Coordinate with office support staff to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Monitor office condition daily and address issues promptly.
  • Arrange repairs and maintenance in coordination with facilities teams.
  • Work with the QHSE representative to address safety and compliance matters.
