Position: Executive Assistant to the Head of the Office

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Head of the Office in Abu Dhabi. The company is a well-established global brand expanding in the region. This is a fast-paced and demanding role that requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of tasks, including managing diaries, coordinating travel, and overseeing the planning of roadshows and fundraising events.

A high level of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to handle competing priorities with discretion are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Head of the Office & team’s diaries and schedules, ensuring all appointments and meetings are organised efficiently
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Plan and organise roadshows, events, and meetings with key stakeholders
  • Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience in event management and travel coordination
  • Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Experience working within the fundraising, non-profit, or corporate sectors is a plus
