• Enter and update patient data, medical records, and hospital information systems

• Support billing, claims, and administrative departments when required
• Generate reports from hospital management systems
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data protection policies

• High school diploma or diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Strong typing speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with hospital management systems preferred
