Overview
We are supporting a leading international law firm in Abu Dhabi in their search for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded firm and provide support across multiple practice areas in a varied and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across multiple practice groups, including Projects, Banking, and Corporate.
- Manage complex diaries, meeting coordination, and scheduling across different teams.
- Prepare, amend, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.
- Handle client communications professionally and confidentially.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense submissions, and billing support.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and document management using internal systems.
- Provide general administrative support to fee earners as required.
- Proven experience working as a Legal Secretary within a law firm environment.
- Experience supporting multiple fee earners and practice areas simultaneously.
- Strong document formatting and administrative skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Professional, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Bilingual candidates (Arabic and English) are strongly preferred, with flexibility on salary for the right person.
