Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a subcontractor to support the Executive team, mainly for administrative and assistant-type tasks.
Profile Requirements- Proven ability to manage a flexible and changing schedule
- Available, mobile, and open to occasional travel
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional attitude with a strong sense of confidentiality
- Ability to prepare meeting rooms, coordinate agendas, and welcome visitors prior to meetings
- Daily administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and general coordination
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a demanding environment
- Good command of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to follow processes, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented profile
- Newly graduated profiles are welcome but not mandatory
- French language skills would be a plus
